Building Bridges in Children’s Health

​Building Bridges in Children’s Health (https://bbch.community) is doing end-of-the-year fundraising campaign and has pledged to donate a fraction of BBCH membership fee proceeds to Pediatric Health Outcomes Initiative (PHOI), a prospective registry that will collect data from volunteers in pediatric practices for future studies with the goal to improve overall pediatric outcomes. 

​BBCH complements the mission of PHOI by equipping parents with the knowledge of current science and law that will empower them in protecting their children's health.  If you join BBCH Community with a promo code PHOI-2018, BBCH will donate 50% ($50) of your membership fee to PHOI research.  This promotion is for new BBCH members and will end on Dec 31, 2018.

Dr. Tetyana Obukhanych holds a PhD in Immunology, so you can learn directly from an immunologist by asking her questions during frequent live zoom Q&A sessions exclusively for BBCH members.

Message from Dr. Tetyana:

“We live in a society where chronic childhood illness has become the rule rather than a rare exception. Dr. Paul Thomas founded PHOI with the sole purpose to fund a registry that will track the health outcomes of about 5000 newborns, prospectively, for 18 years. The registry has IRB approval and has already enrolled over 250 newborns this past year. The registry will look at all factors that might be affecting health in an effort to determine which choices parents can make that will improve the long term health of their children.
