If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Sites.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Sites.
2. About These Sites
The Sites are owned and operated by Paul Thomas, M.D. (retired). They are published for educational and informational purposes related to children's health, vaccine research, integrative medicine, and related topics. The Sites are not operated by or affiliated with any medical practice, clinic, or healthcare provider.

Your use of third-party sites is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
6. Supplement Referrals
The Sites include referral links to Fullscript and DrPaulApproved.com for nutritional supplements. These referral arrangements may result in a commission or other benefit to Paul Thomas, M.D. when purchases are made through those links. Referral relationships do not influence the educational content of the Sites. Supplement recommendations are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
7. No Warranties
The Sites and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Supplement referral links to Fullscript direct you to Fullscript's platform, which operates under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store any payment or account information from Fullscript transactions.

The Sites are directed to individuals who are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), if we become aware that a child under 13 has submitted personal information, we will promptly delete it.
